Delivery
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Forth Gear deliver to the United Kingdom (the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man will incur additional charges). Deliveries to the European Union and World Wide destinations will be charged at the current rates for these regions, and if customers have any queries about the delivery costs relating to their purchase they should contact Forth Gear on 0131 331 4442, or info@forthgear.co.uk. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail, standard delivery will take approximately Five to Seven working days for the U.K, and up to 30 days for World Wide deliveries. If a faster delivery is required, OR you have a specific event that you require the goods for please contact Forth Gear on 0131 331 4442 or info@forthgear.co.uk and we will do our best to assist, otherwise delivery will be in the times stated!
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Forth Gear will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Forth Gear shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £4.00 for a third attempt on delivery. If you can not collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Forth Gear. All returned orders to Forth Gear will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £9.99 charge for the attempted deliveries.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
Forth Gear shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Forth Gear then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. If there is no fault in the product then refunds will be made for the purchase cost of the goods excluding any carriage charges.
Items purchased on sale or from promotional events will be exchanged provided they are returned within 28 days.
To ensure a smooth returns experience we would ask customers to contact the returns department at Forth Gear prior to dispatch, including your name, order number and reason for the return.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days
Helmets purchased on line or in store are non returnable unless faulty. This is standard industry policy and is in place to protect customers..
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Forth Gear website, or by phoning us on 0131 331 4442.
