These sizings are the same for all the brands that we sell. If you are unsure about how to tell which size is right for you then pass a measuring tape around the widest part of you skull, approximately a couple of cm's above your eyebrows. The measurement in cm's will tell you what size to go for.Advice - Not all brands fit all heads. Most people find that there is a brand that fits their specific head dimensions - some people will find AGV is painful around their forehead, whilst HJC can be said to be a more universal fit. If you have any questions just ask us - we sell these day in day out.If you're a woman who just cannot find a small enough helmet, or the smaller sizes are not tight enough, then consider a kids full face helmet. These are still ACU gold with all the frills of an adult helmet, but with a smaller shell, thicker cheek padding, and reasonable graphics.
